What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that helps our customers feel confident and cared for. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve issues, and support field technicians—all while working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and make up to 100+ phone calls per day, assisting customers with service questions, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Deliver 5-star customer service across phone, email, and other communication channels
• Manage data entry, account updates, service requests, and cancellations in our customer management system
• Create and review Excel-based reports and service logs
• Provide support to field technicians by managing dispatch, scheduling, and customer updates
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
• Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Occasional Saturday hours during peak seasons

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or call center role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and tone
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced setting
• A positive, team-first attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Comfort with remote work and occasional travel to HQ (West Chester, PA)
• Ability to pass background check, including criminal and drug screening review
