Our client, a leader in innovative food equipment manufacturing, is seeking a Fabrication Tech to join their team. As a Fabrication Tech, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Automation Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fabrication Tech

Location: Plano, Texas

Pay Range: $60

What's the Job?

• Design, fabricate, and build solutions & systems for automated kitchen equipment
• Perform hands-on testing and root cause analysis (RCA) as needed
• Modify and improve hardware based on test results
• Maintain 5S standards and shop organization
• Engage in rapid prototyping to support product development

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic CNC and laser cutting setup and programming experience preferred
• CNC press and welding experience is a plus
• Hands-on approach with a passion for building, prototyping, and testing solutions
• Experience in restaurant, QSR, or food equipment industries is advantageous
