Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help monitor site access, screen visitors and/or vehicles, and support daily security-related operations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals, vehicles, packages, and/or deliveries entering and exiting the location in accordance with post orders and established security-related protocols.
• Monitor entry points, loading areas, and/or freight traffic for unusual activity, and report concerns, policy violations, and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Support logistics and distribution operations by verifying credentials, maintaining accurate logs, and communicating clearly with site contacts regarding visitor and/or shipment access.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary throughout the site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
