About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Cedar Falls store, lead and support the team, manage inventory flow, and drive sales and profitability. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of store operations while developing a strong team and contributing to the continued success and growth of the business.

This is an active, hands-on leadership position that requires strong communication, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate team members, and ensure the store runs efficiently while meeting performance goals.
• Assign responsibilities, communicate expectations, and ensure consistent follow-through.
• Oversee inventory flow, replenishment, and merchandising to maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor.
• Use business reports to monitor performance, identify priorities, and support sales and profitability.
• Identify operational challenges, develop effective solutions, and implement improvements to support store performance and profitability.
• Maintain store standards while creating a positive experience for customers and employees.
