RN: ICU/CCU/Critical Care

Job Description Join a prestigious ICU team in Summit, WI, for a 13‑week assignment managing critically ill patients on the 2nd‑floor ICU at a Level II Trauma Center. This role offers 12‑hour day shifts, where you’ll oversee complex cases including sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac events, and trauma injuries such as gun‑shot wounds and falls. You must have at least 2 years of ICU experience, with expertise in vent/trach management, invasive lines, and rhythm interpretation. Daily responsibilities involve patient monitoring, medication titration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff, including intensivists and respiratory therapists. EPIC experience is required, and support staff such as bedside nurses, CNAs, and telemonitoring make this a well‑supported environment. Expect to float as needed within the hospital, with orientation and a schedule planned around every other weekend rotations and one holiday per contract. The role pays approximately $2,000.33 gross weekly, with a commitment of 36 hours per week.
