Part-Time RecruiterWil Fischer Companies is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support our hiring process across multiple locations. This person will play an important role in helping us find great candidates, keep the hiring process moving, and provide a positive experience for applicants and hiring managers.This is a great position for someone who is organized, friendly, comfortable talking with people, and able to manage several tasks at once. The right person will enjoy communicating with candidates, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and helping people through the hiring process.This is a part-time position, approximately 20–25 hours per week.What You'll DoAs our Part-Time Recruiter, you will help with the day-to-day recruiting process for open positions throughout the company. Responsibilities include:Posting open positions in our applicant tracking systemReviewing incoming applicationsCommunicating with candidates by phone and emailInviting qualified candidates to schedule phone interviewsConducting initial phone interviewsTaking clear notes and updating candidate statusesCoordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managersFollowing up with hiring managers on interview feedbackHelping coordinate next steps in the hiring processSending candidate updates using approved templatesHelping prepare offer approval informationKeeping recruiting trackers and systems updatedSupporting the HR team with recruiting-related projects and process improvementsWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both candidates and managers.The ideal candidate will have:Strong communication skillsA friendly and professional phone presenceStrong organization and follow-throughThe ability to manage multiple candidates and open positions at one timeComfort using email, calendars, and online systemsThe ability to keep information confidentialA positive attitude and willingness to learnPrevious recruiting, HR, administrative, scheduling, or customer service experience preferredHelpful ExperienceExperience with any of the following is helpful, but not required:Recruiting or applicant tracking systemsADP Workforce NowIndeed or other job boardsScheduling tools such as Acuity or CalendlyRecruiting for warehouse, driver, sales, or operations positionsWorking with hiring managers in multiple locationsScheduleThis position is expected to work approximately 20–25 hours per week.
