Field Services Manager

Driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth, the full-time Field Services Manager will oversee customer retention strategies, coordinate service support activities, and resolve complex technical issues while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage all aspects of customer retention and resolve customer concerns through effective contact strategies Direct coordination of service and applications support, including installation and warranty activities Provide strategic leadership for pre-and post-sales support, liaising between TSMC and various internal teams Required qualifications Over 5 years of experience in service or applications supporting TSMC with strong customer service skills Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Systems Engineering, Materials Science, Optics, Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering Experience with metrology and/or inspection tools, either in operation or technical support Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
