Quality Function Lead - Electrical Architecture

Main Mission - Deliver and consolidate EE Quality, contributing strongly to Quality issue resolution and robust Vehicle launches; Improve Quality Standard, Quality Design Process and grant expected application.Main tasks and responsibilities:Project review Analyze “customer claim”Technical detail deep dive, with approach based on facts and figures, stimulating the rigorous problem solving approachDrive the most effective and efficient technical solution, with the most optimized cost repair cycleGuarantee a robust action plan, without deviationsBe always align with TOP HAT Quality Manager (Quality status, Issue tracking, Deliverables achievement)Improve and assess the following Q Processes: DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, Risk Management Drive proactively lessons-learned activities.Grant Lesson Learned and Best Practice definition and improvement, ensure application in current and future programsPromote the adoption of best practices, standard templates and harmonized documentation approaches.Basic Requirements:Bachelor's degree in EngineeringA minimum of 7 years of experience in areas such as: Electrical Engineering technical automotive background with knowledge of Electrical vehicle architecture, Electrical System/Subsystem, Electrical Component requirements.Ability to work using different STLA tools: PLM, Quantic, Lesson Learned, Bulletin, Team Center, EnoviaTeam working skill, with ability to work with cross-functional teamsProject management skillsProblem Solving and Issue Management skillAccountability, proactivity, autonomy, target orientation, problem solvingGood communication / presentation skills (written and spoken)Brand: FCA GroupJob ID: 2016451Employment Type: Full-timeJob Area: EngineeringPosted Date: 08/04/2026
