What Youll Do

• Gather and analyze requirements for system development.
• Design and document systems, including business requirements, specifications, and workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders for collaboration and testing.
• Provide system support and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements based on industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, participating in advisory committees.

What Were Looking For

• Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree, or equivalent experience.
• Possess 5+ years of business analyst experience.
• Have experience with healthcare system implementations, including HIPAA and ACA standards.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and efficiency.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Show strong time management skills.

Compensation

Compensation: $50 – $55 hour.
