Senior Business Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Analyst will drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing operational performance, translating complex data into actionable insights, and collaborating with leadership to enhance customer outcomes and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Conduct daily data reviews to identify trends and performance patterns impacting customer outcomes Translate complex data into clear insights and present findings to leadership for informed decision-making Build and enhance reports and dashboards to provide operational visibility and support continuous improvement initiatives Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytics role Proven experience in building KPI frameworks and reporting structures Strong analytical skills with the ability to work directly in raw data and communicate findings effectively Proficiency in reporting and BI tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and ServiceNow Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Itron, Inc.
