Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to inform treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to ethical and legal standards while ensuring confidentiality and respect for all patient information.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to provide holistic care that addresses the comprehensive needs of clients.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, ensuring your practice remains informed by the latest research and methodologies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Caring Mind Psychiatry Clinic, you will primarily work with clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral problems. Qualifications

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster rapport and trust with a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience
