Shift Leader Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior. Maintains health and safety standards in work areas. Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items. Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts. Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of High Noon Popeyes. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers. As a Team Member / Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, food quality, and team performance. This position offers the opportunity to lead by example while also engaging directly with team members and customers in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Team Leadership: Assist in training new staff members, providing coaching and support to ensure adherence to company standards and policies. Shift Management: Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts, including managing staffing levels, monitoring inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. Food Preparation: Ensure that food is prepared according to company specifications and food safety standards while maintaining high-quality standards across both Popeyes and Five Guys menus. Cash Management: Handle cash register transactions accurately, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly and assisting in cash reconciliations at the end of shifts. Problem Solving: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Store Manager when necessary. Team Collaboration: Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communicating effectively with team members, and leading by example. Sales Goals: Support efforts to achieve sales targets and promote special offers or promotions to customers. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or leadership training preferred. Previous experience in the food service industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and team members effectively. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
