Position Overview We are seeking a Process Specialist to join our Planning team at our Lewiston, Maine facility. Reporting to the Director of Planning , the Process Specialist is responsible for translating approved engineering, quality, and manufacturing process changes into accurate production routers and ERP/MRP system data. This position serves as an important link between process owners and the teams responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing production. The Process Specialist does not design or engineer manufacturing processes. Instead, this role ensures approved process requirements are accurately documented, controlled, communicated, and implemented within the systems used to run production. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with manufacturing data and documentation, and enjoys coordinating across Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations. Requirements Key Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain manufacturing routers based on approved Engineering, Quality, and production requirements. Maintain accurate routing data, including work centers, operation sequences, labor times, instructions, and supporting documentation. Coordinate and implement approved routing changes within ERP/MRP systems, ensuring accuracy and proper revision control. Support ECOs, PCNs, and other change-control activities while maintaining clear, traceable documentation. Investigate and resolve routing discrepancies in partnership with process owners and Production. Communicate routing and documentation updates across Planning, Scheduling, Production, Quality, and other impacted teams.
