About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the financial strategy and performance of the business. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on financial leader, capable of both strategic and tactical financial management. This includes overseeing financial operations, maintaining financial controls, and providing executive financial insights. The CFO will be responsible for financial operations across the company, leading a team that spans various financial and operational functions, and will be expected to proactively partner with other leaders on significant business decisions. The role demands a professional with a strong background in finance and accounting, a proven ability to lead and develop teams, and a commitment to the highest standards of financial discipline and integrity. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive finance and accounting experience, with a focus on financial leadership. The role requires a candidate with a strong command of financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and capital allocation, as well as a solid grounding in accounting principles and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be adept at moving between executive-level financial strategy and detailed financial investigation, and will be expected to have experience in producing financial reports for various stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and an MBA or related graduate degree is valued. The CFO must be a strategic business partner, with the ability to maintain productive relationships with financial partners and to support the company's growth objectives.
