What we are looking for:

The Village Family Service Center is seeking a full-time North Dakota Licensed Addiction Counselor to join the dedicated team at First Step Recovery. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals and families impacted by addiction and who values working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Primary responsibilities include facilitating Adolescent Intensive Outpatient groups, completing treatment planning and documentation, providing individual sessions, conducting evaluations, participating in rounds and staffings, and assisting with team coverage as needed.

Qualified candidates must hold a valid North Dakota addiction counseling license in good standing. Candidates who are currently licensed as a Minnesota LADC are also encouraged to apply, as we are willing to assist with the process of obtaining North Dakota licensure. We are also open to working with candidates licensed in other states to explore potential pathways toward North Dakota licensure.
