Candidates must reside in the Denver Colorado area.Job Responsibilities:Lead subdivisional commercial strategy formulation with alignment with the divisional strategy for growth and industry leadership Promote team-orientation culture and foster alignment among all selling environments (clinical, hospital and health system, specialty, VBC, etc.) Provide direction and leadership support for executing regional business plans by coaching sales managers towards achieving their growth and retention objectives Provide thought leadership around industry trends and business intelligence to guide day-to-day commercial decision making Expand current opportunities by furthering active relationships and striking strategic partnerships Drive a data-driven culture using analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to uncover sales trends and insights Build a culture of accountability, high performance, and inclusiveness among the sales teams through intentional leadership Hire and develop sales leaders (and reps) aligning management development competencies and sales excellence standards Work closely with operations leadership to set up and maintain new clients/health systems to ensure optimal customer satisfaction along with sustainability and efficiency for Labcorp Understand budgets and financial data (including P&Ls) to drive decision-making and growthMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.7 or more years of healthcare sales experience.3 or more years of people management experience (including skip level reports).Preferred Qualifications:5 or more years people management experience (including skip level reports).5 or more years of diagnostic lab sales experience.Additional Job Standards:Healthcare people management experienceClinical diagnostics, life sciences or healthcare sales experienceKnowledge of Health SystemsKnowledge of Managed Care, Value Based Care and FQHCsExperience managing a P&LAbility to communicate and present to large complex customersDemonstrate the ability to solve complex problemsStrong collaboration skills to partner within the matrix to meet customer needsExtensive experience in presenting to C-suite of large institutional customersModels all 4 Leadership ID Principles: Inspire, Innovate, Develop, DeliverAble to communicate and lead by example and coach other leaders using Labcorp leadership best practicesAble to build strong high functioning and effective teamsCultivate a strong culture to foster engagement and retentionValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordThe Denver, Colorado Mid-America Sub-Division includes Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and parts of Wyoming and Montana.Application Window: Application window will close on August 21, 2026.Pay Range $160,000 - $180,000 annually + annual sales incentive plan.All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
