Warehouse SupervisorWe are currently looking for a Full Time Warehouse Supervisor to join our Bedre Warehouse team at the Bedre Fine Chocolate Retail and Manufacturing facility at our OKC location.Responsibilities:Maintains and tracks assigned inventories using physical counts, supplier reports, material usage reports, software tools or any combination thereofOversees job functions, development and job performance, including but not limited to, annual evaluations, employee development and performance managementConducts assigned inspections of facilities and settings, which may include settings with applicable safety and health requirementsForecasts and anticipates inventory demands and notifies appropriate leadership of potential concernsMonitors and manages inventory shrinkage metrics (e.g., breakage, yields, product obsolescence) and ensures disposal of product as neededReviews end of month inventory at assigned locations for discrepancies between physical and book inventory using assigned protocolsReview work orders at warehouse/facility using knowledge of equipment capability and capacity in order to ensure proper asset utilization and provide feedback to the party responsible for completing work ordersProposes new ideas to improve offerings, processes and proceduresMentors, coaches, develops and assists in training in assigned areaAnalyzes processes and creates solutionsProvides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiencyCompletes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunitiesWorks in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all typesMaintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environmentMaintains and promotes professionalismPunctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metricsAdheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standardsMaintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned areaPerforms all other duties as assignedCompetencies:Ability to collaborate with and or coordinate efforts of others (e.g. cross-functional teams)Ability to understand costs/benefits of distributors and common carriers, third party capabilities, distribution structures to support customer order processes, and product availabilityAble to follow instructions, both written and oralAble to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirementsHonesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountabilityAble to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelinesKnowledge of warehouse/manufacturing layout or design elements (e.g., product flow, storage requirements)Knowledge of distributor/distribution policies and proceduresKnowledge of safety requirementsRelates problems and translates understandable solutionsAble to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and managementWrites effective communications with team, departments, guests and managementSkills:Basic Computer skillsExperience:1 years directly related experience with supervisoryEducation:High School, GED or EquivalentAssociates Degree in directly related fieldCredentials:Standard Driver's LicenseGaming license or permit as required by assigned positionPass gaming background checkWorking Conditions:Sitting up to 50% of shiftStanding up to 100% of shiftPass pre-employment drug testTraining:It is the responsibility of each employee to attend required training for their position or profession as determined by their line of support (LOS) or the leadership of the Chickasaw Nation.
