You earned your CDL-A. Now you need the opportunity to turn that training into real experience.

365 Freight USA is hiring CDL-school graduates for a paid mentor program. You’ll spend four to six weeks on the road with an experienced driver, learning the day-to-day responsibilities of professional OTR driving.

After successfully completing the program, you’ll transition into your own truck and begin driving solo, with the opportunity to earn $1,600-$1,800 per week .

No previous professional driving experience is required.

What You’ll Learn

Your mentor will help you build practical skills that go beyond the CDL-school classroom, including:

• Safe driving and trip planning
• Pickups and deliveries
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communication with dispatch
• Daily OTR driving responsibilities

Once you successfully complete training, you’ll move into your own truck and begin driving solo.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Able to meet DOT qualification requirements
• Safety-focused and dependable
• Willing to learn and work with an experienced mentor
