salary: $19.5 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

As a Claims Service Representative, you are the first point of contact and the calming voice for policyholders during a stressful time. You will handle the initial processing of non-complex claims with customer-centric care.

• Customer Support: Receive inbound calls and make proactive outbound follow-ups with customers, answering inquiries with genuine empathy and clarity.

• Claim Intake & Processing: Review electronic claim files for completeness, verify policy data, and input accurate documentation into our network.

Schedule & Environment

We believe the best work happens when you have flexibility. This position features a stable hybrid routine :

• 2 Days In-Office: Collaborate, learn, and sync with your team at our Howell, MI office.

• 3 Days Work-From-Home: Enjoy a focused, quiet environment from the comfort of your home office.
