Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care, travel assignment in Belen, New Mexico. Start date 08/02/2026 for 14 weeks. Weekly pay range $819-$881 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift 3x12 nights. Setting: skilled nursing facility providing long-term resident care.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents under RN supervision, following care plans and physician orders
- Monitor and document vital signs, condition changes, and responses to treatments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; manage MARs and documentation
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility to support resident independence
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update plans of care and communicate changes
- Ensure safety, infection control, and compliance with regulations; maintain accurate charting and confidentiality

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Must pass background check and comply with site policies
