Clinical Liaison

New England Life Care is seeking a Clinical Liaison Nurse for Bangor, ME. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling (1–3 days/week, 8:00 am–5:00 pm). You will assess patients for home infusion, coordinate referrals from hospitals, and maintain strong hospital relationships to ensure seamless care.
