Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to assess their insurance requirements and offer customized solutions.
Sales Development: Effectively present and promote insurance products to drive sales and meet targets.
Policy Management: Handle policy renewals, modifications, and claims efficiently and accurately.
Customer Support: Provide excellent support to clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Louisiana Property & Casualty License is required or must be obtained upon hiring.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Client Focus: A commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Local Presence: Must be based in Youngsville, Louisiana, and able to work on-site.
