Area Retail Manager: Lead 2-5 Stores, Grow Sales & Lessons

Music & Arts is seeking an Area Manager to lead a cluster of 2–5 stores, building high-performing sales, rentals, and lessons teams. You will drive P&L results and ensure operational standards across locations, reporting to the District Manager. You will recruit, coach, and develop leaders and associates, ensuring excellent customer and educator experiences while maintaining a strong, compliant store environment.
