This position will be located in Roy, UT.Job Description:This role will support Production Operation Systems and Technology team. The role will be the system integration for the Production Operations Systems & Technologies . The preferred candidate will be an individual with a bias for action, strategic thinking, data analysis, problem-solving, exceptional customer focus, communications, and a sound foundation in Material Planning and Production Control practices. The qualified applicant will have a working knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Engineering. The candidate must have knowledge and experience of the digital tools required for manufacturing. General skills and expectations within the role include:• Strong foundation in Manufacturing Systems fundamentals.• Experience in MBOMs, OBOM, Work Instructions• Proficient in the principles digital tools• Knowledge of manufacturing flows and their interface with shop floor and Global Supply Chain.• Develops cost/risk benefit summaries and recommendations for leadership.• Experience with Project Management and manufacturing schedules Software tools.• Understanding of schedule waterfall builds with setbacks to independent demands.• Utilizes process improvement methodology (e.g., value stream mapping, employee engagement techniques, flow reduction, etc.)• Experience with cost management (Earned Value, Milestone payments)• Experience with data analysis and/or data mining• Engage and collaborate with programs and functional organizations (from individual contributors to executive staff) to obtain, understand, and interpret manufacturing facilitation and scheduling requirements.• Proven ability to combine material flow management expertise with outstanding information knowledge. Experience with the financial aspects of the business.• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
