Title Dental assistant Job Description Provide high-level chairside assistance during complex cosmetic and general dental procedures. Utilize Dentrix software for seamless patient charting, records management, and treatment planning. Prepare and maintain clinical areas to the highest standards of sterilization and organization. Ensure every patient feels comfortable and cared for, reflecting the premium standards of our practice. Collaborate closely with Dr. Lituchy and the clinical team to ensure optimal office flow. Salary Range full-time $27 - $33 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Benefits Medical Insurance: Provided via United Health (eligible after 3 months). Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of vacation plus 5 days of Sick Leave (SL) within the first year. Bonuses: Generous year-end bonuses provided on top of your base salary. Shift & Schedule Days: Monday through Friday Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Requirements Dentrix Experienced Dental Assistant (2+ years) Experience: Must have 2–3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Dentrix is required. Attributes: We are looking for a candidate who is bright, responsible, and proactive. Professionalism: Ability to thrive in a high-end cosmetic environment with a focus on detail and patient discretion.
