If you can picture transforming raw stock into flawless parts, dialing in offsets with confidence, and assembling rotating equipment that stands up to the toughest conditions, this role is for you.

• Location: Onsite; fully site based.
• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; overtime and weekend availability.
• Comp: Up to $20.68/hr with a guaranteed increase after 3 months.
• Attendance: Perfect attendance bonus up to 2 additional days off and $1000.00.

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes/mills; secure the right tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances; validate with micrometers and calipers.
• Author and refine Standard Work sheets to lock in repeatable, high‑quality results.
• Use the 5 Why Process to drive root‑cause fixes; partner with engineering and supervisors when needed.
• Assemble/align parts for blowers, pumps, and boosters per Standard Work and engineering docs; check clearances, lubrication, and cooling.
• Keep equipment at peak performance: rework damaged parts when feasible, consult Bills of Material, and clean/lube machines.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment.

• 2+ years of assembly and/or CNC machining experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints with GD&T.
• Skill in determining and entering offsets using basic math.
• Capacity to regularly walk and stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

• Mechanical knowledge of machines/tools and their upkeep.
• Production/process understanding—materials, workflows, quality, and cost.
• Math fundamentals (arithmetic, algebra).
• Operation monitoring; operation and control.
• Quality control analysis and troubleshooting.
• Routine equipment maintenance.
