Maintenance Worker

FULL TIME :


5 days per week, 37-40 hoursaverage per week may vary in slow and busy


seasons, more or less hoursaccordingly.


Earliest shift will start at6:00 a.m., latest shift will end at 10:00 p.m.

Must be willing to work acombination of hours between these times.

Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and some holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION :


Performsvarious repairs to insure that the Lodge is maintained in goodcondition, including rooms, buildings, grounds, equipment, andfurnishings. Responsible or implementing preventative maintenance tominimize future problems and expenditures. Helps maintain security.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :


Must be 18 years of age.


HighSchool Diploma or equivalent,


Minimum one year experience of light repair andmaintenance.


Abilityto use/climb ladders, be on feet for continuous length of time, bend, reach,stretch and lift.

Validstate driver's license required. Ability to drive lodge vehicles and beinsured.
