Crushing and Recycling Wear Parts

You know blow bars. You know what a worn impeller feed disk does to a customer's throughput, and you know which operators are running the wrong part for the rock they are crushing. This seat gives you the whole of the USA and Canada, a team of six to lead, and ownership of the pricing and dealer strategy that goes with it.

You own the Aggregates and Recycling segments across the USA and Canada, with real coverage gaps in Canada for you to take.

You lead five account managers and an inside sales coordinator. You carry one or more OEM direct accounts yourself. You build and manage the dealer network, work alongside the local manufacturing plant, and steer the numbers on pricing, tonnage, and margin. You coach, you price, you close.

What we need

• 10 to 15 years in the US crushing and screening market
• Working knowledge of HSI wear parts such as blow bars, and VSI wear parts such as impeller feed disks
• A track record of leading and developing account managers
• Strong commercial acumen, strong Excel and data analysis, and presentation skills that stand up in front of a boardroom
• Willing to travel around 50% across the USA and Canada
