Build a book of business, not just another quarter’s pipeline
You’ve already proven you can sell SaaS. What could you build if you could turn that ability into a recurring book of business?
graph8 is looking for exceptional SaaS sellers who want to turn their sales ability into a recurring book of business, and potentially, over time, a larger independent partner business.
This is not a traditional AE position.
There is no base salary, guaranteed draw, assigned quota, or guaranteed income. This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity for experienced sellers who know how to create pipeline, lead complex conversations, close business, and remain commercially involved as customers adopt and expand.
If you are a proven SaaS seller who has wondered what you could build with more autonomy, recurring economics, modern AI-enabled tools, and a platform behind you, this opportunity is designed for you.
The opportunity
As a graph8 product partner, you will develop a market and build an attributed portfolio of customers using approved graph8 products.
You will:
- Choose the markets, verticals, and buyers you want to develop
- Create your own prospecting strategy and pipeline
- Diagnose meaningful revenue and go-to-market problems
- Lead discovery with founders and revenue leaders
- Demonstrate approved graph8 workflows
- Build proposals and close new business
- Stay commercially engaged through adoption and renewal
- Identify justified expansion into additional users, usage, workflows, teams, and enterprise scope
- Build a recurring book around customers you originate or are approved to pursue
This is a full-cycle commercial role. You do not simply book meetings and hand opportunities away. You build the relationship, preserve the commercial promise, and help develop the account over time.
Build a protected market
Every activated graph8 sales partner receives a defined territory based on their location, existing relationships, industry expertise, customer segment, or a combination of these factors.
Your territory may include:
- A named account list in a specific city or metropolitan market
- A named account list specific industry or customer segment
- An initial portfolio of approved target accounts
- Priority for eligible opportunities within your assigned market
- A governed process for adding self-sourced accounts
- Preference for supporting suitable local customers when in-person meetings add value
We believe local relationships matter. When a customer prefers in-person discovery, planning, or account reviews, a qualified local partner will receive preference, provided they have the appropriate expertise, capacity, and active territory standing.
Territory assignment gives you a protected opportunity to develop your market and build a recurring customer book. It does not transfer legal ownership of customers or guarantee that every company in the territory is available. Existing customers, active opportunities, protected accounts, national accounts, and specialist-led opportunities may be excluded through the graph8 account-conflict process.
Commission-only, with recurring potential
Your earnings are based on eligible customer revenue under your signed commission schedule.
The program is designed to reward:
- New eligible business you originate and close
- Continued eligible revenue from retained customers
- New eligible revenue created through account expansion
- Approved account-quality components when the governing policy activates them
There is no arbitrary earnings ceiling. Your results depend on the customers you originate, the business you close, the revenue that is collected and remains eligible, and the value you help retain and expand.
Earn dedicated SDR support as you grow
You begin by developing your own market and creating your own pipeline.
Once you reach $5,000 in attributable recurring customer revenue , the program is designed to provide you with a dedicated SDR relationship for the following quarter.
Your SDR can help:
- Research target accounts and buying groups
- Create new prospecting activity
- Generate additional conversations
- Qualify early interest
- Coordinate meetings and opportunity handoffs
- Expand your market coverage while you focus on discovery, closing, customer retention, and account growth
You will still continue prospecting and developing your own opportunities. SDR support expands your capacity; it does not replace your responsibility for building the business.
The assignment is reviewed quarterly. Continued SDR support depends on meeting the applicable growth requirements, maintaining a healthy customer book, following program standards, and available SDR capacity.
Use graph8 before you commit
Every qualified candidate receives a free graph8 MCP license during the recruiting process.
You will have an opportunity to experience the technology directly, understand how it works with approved workflows, and evaluate whether you believe in the product before entering a contractor relationship.
This is not a “sell something you have never used” opportunity.
The platform behind your selling
Once accepted, contracted, and activated, you receive full partner access to the graph8 platform and the complete set of tools approved for your role.
Your partner infrastructure is intended to include:
- A dedicated partner.graph8.com identity
- A private graph8 partner workspace
- graph8 MCP access
- Approved data, prospecting, calling, sequencing, inbox, meeting, workflow, and customer-context capabilities
- Current product, demonstration, pricing, and sales materials
- A governed target-account and self-sourced-account process
- Customer contracting and billing infrastructure
- Product implementation and centralized technical support
- Optional training, weekly sessions, office hours, and coaching
- Transparent attribution and commission statements
- Governed commission verification, approval, and payment records
- Specialist support for qualified technical and enterprise opportunities
Build beyond an individual sales practice
The long-term opportunity is larger than closing isolated deals.
A strong partner can progress through three stages:
1. Build a focused customer book
Develop expertise in a market, win the right customers, and establish clean, recurring commercial relationships.
2. Develop deeper and larger accounts
Lead renewals and evidence-based expansion into more users, usage, workflows, business units, and enterprise opportunities.
3. Build an independent partner business
Partners who develop a healthy and repeatable book may eventually apply to hire and lead their own teams or operate under a separate OEM or reseller structure.
That path is not an automatic promotion or guaranteed entitlement. It requires demonstrated performance, customer quality, operational readiness, and separate commercial, support, security, brand, and legal approval.
But the opportunity is real: use your individual selling ability as the foundation for something larger.
You may be an excellent fit if you
- Have a strong record selling B2B SaaS, AI, data, workflow, or revenue technology
- Have personally sourced and closed business
- Can sell to founders, executives, and revenue leaders
- Understand discovery, qualification, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
- Can create pipeline without waiting for assigned leads
- Know how to develop trust through accurate, consultative selling
- Want to remain involved in retention and expansion
- Can manage your own schedule, operating expenses, and uneven commission timing
- Are interested in building a durable book instead of repeatedly starting at zero
- Want the potential to develop a team or independent partner business
This will not be the right fit if you
- Need a guaranteed salary or immediate fixed income
- Want guaranteed accounts, conversion, or exclusive territory
- Prefer to hand off the customer immediately after signature
- Are uncomfortable generating your own pipeline
- Improvise product capabilities, prices, or expected outcomes
- Want a traditional employee promotion ladder
- Are unwilling to maintain accurate opportunity and customer records
