About the Role This is a full-time, in-person aesthetician position focused on delivering advanced, results-driven skincare treatments to our Oakville clientele. You will perform customized facial treatments, advanced treatments, conduct thorough skincare consultations, and build a loyal book of clients who return to you because of the results and relationship you've built with them. No prior medical spa experience is required. Aurora's onboarding program is comprehensive and hands‑on, and our Oakville team will support your growth from your very first day. Responsibilities Perform customized skincare consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver a full range of facial treatments and advanced skin care services with precision and care Educate clients on home care routines, product recommendations, and follow-up treatments Build strong, lasting client relationships that drive retention, rebooking, and referrals Maintain accurate, detailed treatment documentation and client records Collaborate with injectors, wellness providers, and front desk staff to support comprehensive client outcomes Uphold cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation standards in all treatment rooms Qualifications Required Active Missouri Aesthetician or Cosmetology license — current and in good standing Strong client communication skills and genuine attention to detail Professional demeanor with a sincere passion for skincare results and client wellbeing Preferred Experience in a medical spa, dermatology office, or results-focused aesthetics environment Familiarity with advanced treatment modalities such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser-adjacent services Local ties to Oakville or the South St. Louis County area Compensation and Schedule Pay: Competitive — discussed during the interview process Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability insurance Retirement: 401(k) with 4% company match Time Off: Paid holidays and vacation pay Perks: Generous employee discounts on Aurora services and products Hours: Full-time, 36–40 hrs/week; mix of 8‑ and 10‑hr weekday shifts Saturday: Every other Saturday, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM Work Setting: In‑person — Oakville, MO (on‑site only) Aurora Medical Spa is an equal opportunity employer.
