Registered Nurse - ICU

$1591.20/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized critical care nursing services in the ICU unit, ensuring patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes through expert care and monitoring. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans tailored to ICU needs. Administer medications, including vasopressors, and monitor their effects on patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment and recovery. Document all patient interactions, treatments, and responses accurately in Meditech. Respond swiftly to emergency situations, providing critical interventions as required. Adhere to hospital policies including floating, dress code, infection control, and attendance standards. Qualifications: Active Texas RN license; temporary licenses are not accepted. Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience. Current BLS and ACLS certification. Proficient in Meditech documentation system. Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
