General Liability Attorney

Position Summary The Phoenix, AZ office of Lewis Brisbois, a full‑service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice. Ideal Candidate Strong research and writing skills and at least two (2) to fifteen (15) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Arizona Bar is required. We are also interested in working with developing talented attorneys who come to us with excellent skills in any litigation arena and who possess substantive litigation experience. Practice Overview Lewis Brisbois’ General Liability Practice is comprised of over 600 attorneys nationwide who have successfully represented defendants in significant exposure cases across a wide range of general liability matters. The group excels in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases.
