Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a progressive care unit with a focus on complex cardiac and pulmonary cases.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in telemetry and other monitoring systems.
• Administer medications and treatments, following protocols and physician orders.
• Support process improvement initiatives within the unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of operation or compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a similar setting is required; Level I Trauma experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Previous travel nursing experience is required.
• Experience in a large hospital environment is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle high patient loads.
