We bring architecture, design, construction, and project management together under one integrated team to create a more seamless renovation experience for homeowners. Our focus is not simply building beautiful spaces. It's delivering projects through structure, communication, accountability, and execution. The Role We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead renovation projects from pre-construction through final closeout. This is a true ownership role. You will be responsible for driving project outcomes across schedule, budget, quality, and client experience while coordinating homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, designers, and internal teams. What You'll Own Full lifecycle management of residential renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout Budget development, estimating, material takeoffs, and cost management Project scheduling and day-to-day field coordination Management of RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation Subcontractor coordination, performance management, and accountability Vendor management, procurement support, pricing review, and material tracking Sample coordination, approvals, and project logistics Weekly project meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication Site visits, quality control, punch lists, and project closeout High-Touch Client Service A significant part of this role is managing homeowner relationships. You will be expected to build trust, communicate proactively, manage expectations, navigate difficult conversations, and deliver a polished client experience throughout the renovation process. Success in this role requires both strong construction management skills and strong client management skills. What Matters You can take ownership and drive projects forward without constant supervision You communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams You remain organized under pressure and maintain control of details You know how to solve problems and keep projects moving when conditions change You understand the realities of NYC construction, permitting, logistics, scheduling, and occupied residences You are comfortable moving between field operations and office responsibilities You are confident managing homeowner expectations throughout a complex renovation project You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks Qualifications 3–5 years of construction or project management experience South Florida residential construction experience strongly preferred Experience managing residential renovation projects Background in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in client-facing environments with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationship management Additional Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Ability to travel regularly throughout the Miami area to active job sites Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or equivalent) as a real part of daily work — not occasionally, and not as a novelty Curious and open-minded approach to emerging technology; sees AI as a multiplier rather than a threat Strong software proficiency and general computer literacy; picks up new platforms quickly without hand-holding Organized in digital environments — files, communications, and workflows managed clearly and consistently Why Join Chapter Work on high-end residential projects throughout the Miami market High level of ownership and autonomy Direct exposure to leadership and decision-making Opportunity to grow within a rapidly scaling design-build company Collaborative environment focused on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement Important This is not a project coordinator role.
