About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Wealth Management to play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of wealth management within the domestic market. This high-impact position involves overseeing sales and fundraising for both retail and institutional investors, developing and managing fund distribution channels, and ensuring the long-term growth and profitability of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, partnering with marketing for investor education programs, and collaborating with operations to meet quality and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role requires the preparation and management of the annual budget, with a focus on delivering against financial targets. Applicants for the Head of Wealth Management role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in financial services, preferably in fund management, retail banking, securities, or insurance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and fund-raising, strong people management skills, and an excellent understanding of the Vietnamese business environment with a robust network in the financial sector. Strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to manage a large team are essential. A preference is given to Vietnamese candidates with international education or work experience, particularly in the context of local state stakeholder management.
