Manager, Global Supply Chain/Logistics

This role manages global supply chain, logistics, and site technical support operations for a clinical research organization. The manager oversees shipment coordination, vendor relationships, cardiac equipment support, and process improvements across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage supply chain, logistics, and site technical support teams
- Coordinate timely shipment delivery to clinical sites and monitor tracking alerts
- Oversee customs documentation, invoicing, and international regulatory compliance
- Establish courier partnerships and monitor performance metrics and costs
- Identify and implement operational improvements and represent department in sponsor audits
Requirements
- Knowledge of global logistics, import/export documentation, and international shipping regulations
- Experience managing supply chain or logistics teams and operations
- Familiarity with cardiac equipment technical support and configuration
- Strong vendor and courier relationship management skills
- Ability to maintain performance metrics and drive continuous process improvement
- Project coordination and cross-functional collaboration experience
Compensation: $100,472.00 - $125,590.00
