Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift - Leading Facility in City, State

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality ICU patient care, monitoring critically ill patients.
Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Document clinical data accurately using EPIC or other electronic health record systems.
Demonstrate professionalism and adapt behavior to meet patient needs and respect privacy.
Lead and coordinate nursing team activities in a fast-paced ICU environment.
Respond to emergencies promptly and follow hospital protocols diligently.

What You Need:

Current RN license in the state of practice
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, EPIC documentation experience preferred
Valid BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association
Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and perform physical demands of ICU nursing
