Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) position at a pediatric specialty hospital, requiring an OH or compact RN license and nearly 2 years of relevant experience.

Details

• Position is located within a pediatric specialty hospital setting
• Unit: Cardiovascular Pediatric ICU (CVPICU)
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30
• Floating is required and may include NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and med/surg units as needed

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Approximately 2 years of CVPICU or relevant pediatric critical care experience preferred
• 2 supervisory references required, at least 1 must be from a supervisor or manager (charge nurse references not accepted)

Additional Information

• Local candidates are not accepted for RN positions — candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates who have worked permanently at this health system within the past 2 years are not eligible
• Attendance and punctuality are strictly enforced; no call/no shows are taken very seriously and may result in termination
