We office in Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio - with a portfolio spanning the United States and beyond. We have an immediate opening for a Graphic Designer to join our firm-wide People Operations team. As an integral part of a collaborative team, this role will focus on visual communications related to people and culture, with opportunities to partner across other teams including Marketing, Environmental Graphics, and Communities of Practice. Responsibilities - support TBG's mission, vision and values - and champion the firm's brand

- understanding of graphic design principles, color theory and typography
- proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere
- familiarity with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- advanced photography skills strongly preferred
- writing and composition skills preferred
