Parts Specialist

Our dealership client is hiring a Parts Specialist to support agricultural and heavy equipment customers and the service department.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and look up parts for tractors, combines, construction and heavy equipment, in person and by phone
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory; process orders and returns
• Work with service technicians to get the right parts quickly
• Maintain accurate records in the dealer management system

Qualifications:

• Experience in parts counter, agriculture, construction, or heavy equipment preferred
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with computers
• Valid driver's license
