RN - DON for Assisted Living & Memory Care Location: 15465 179th Ave SE, Monroe, WA, 98272, United States (On-site) Job Schedule: Full time Salary Range: $103,280 - $159,860 per year Job Description Director of Nursing (DON) responsible for leading clinical services in a complex assisted living and memory care community. Requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and education in nursing. Responsibilities Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a complex community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and provides quality care as needs evolve. Supervises and provides leadership and coaching to licensed nurses and other direct care staff. May lead additional clinical leadership team of up to five members. Determines HWD level based on community complexity. Qualifications & Skills State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) required. Driver’s license. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred. Working knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
