Program Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to oversee a large-scale telecommunications and network modernization initiative within a utility environment. This individual will serve as the overall leader and single point of accountability for program success, driving execution across multiple workstreams while providing executive visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.

Overview

Serve as the single point of accountability for overall program success, delivery, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Provide executive visibility into program health, resource needs, key milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams.

Manage the integrated roadmap, master schedule, and delivery plan.

Lead governance activities, executive steering committees, and status reporting.

Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.

Coordinate resources and priorities across internal teams, vendors, and carrier

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of Program Management experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.

Deep telecommunications and network infrastructure expertise.

Direct experience managing programs involving AT&T (required).

Strong understanding of carrier operations, circuit migrations, implementation processes, and escalation paths.

Proven success delivering network modernization, telecommunications transformation, or infrastructure programs.
