Job Category Loans, Banking, Customer Service Employee Type Full Time Description Under the direction of the Loan Processing Manager, the Loan Processor performs a full range of administrative duties pertaining to the assistance of the banking officers and customers. This position offers flexibility to work from any of First State Bank’s eight locations and/or in a hybrid environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years in customer service and administrative positions preferred 3-5 years of business banking, loan processing or related educational equivalent preferred. Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products. Strong communication skills as evidenced by ability to interact face-to-face, over the telephone, via email, and written communications to coworkers and customers. Apparent ability and drive to learn many and all aspects and processes pertaining to business banking. Detail oriented with strong proofreading and editing skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Summary Accurately types loan documents for the assistance of Business Banking Officers. Creates a fantastic customer experience by fielding questions and assisting current and prospective customers in many situations, such as file research or via phone or in office. Fulfil a variety of necessary duties for the benefit of Business Banking Officers, customers, and financial institutions including but not limited to coordinating with Business Bankers and title companies for closings, review organizational documents and funding commercial loans. Serves as the liaison between Officers, other departments, customers, and outside contacts to ensure department efficiency and maximize internal and external communication. Maintains efficiency, accuracy, and confidentiality of customer correspondence in follow up with other financial institutions for customer correspondence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
