Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Living Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility committed to providing a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. Our Dining Services team plays a vital role in enhancing the daily experience of those we serve. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Dining Services Aide to join our team.

As a Dining Services Aide, you will support meal service and kitchen operations while helping create a positive dining experience for residents.

• Prepare dining areas before meals and assist with cleanup afterward
• Serve meals to residents in a timely, friendly, and respectful manner
• Assist with plating and portioning meals according to dietary guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and kitchen areas
• Transport meal trays and supplies as needed
• Communicate with residents and team members to ensure satisfaction
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous food service or healthcare experience is a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Compassionate and patient approach when working with residents
• Willingness to learn dietary guidelines and procedures
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
