Caregiver Position Available

Location: East Grand Rapids, MI Pay: $16 to $19/hr Schedule: Flexible part time, days and evenings Start: Immediate openings

At Senior Helpers of Grand Rapids, we built this company to do home care the right way. Our office is independently owned and operated by a licensed physical therapist who understands care from the inside out. What We Offer

Weekly pay every Friday so you're never waiting on money you've already earned. We pay $16 to $19 per hour based on your experience and certifications. CNAs and caregivers with prior home care or facility experience start toward the top of that range. If you're newer to the field, we'll train you and invest in your development from day one. Flexible scheduling means we work around your life, not the other way around. Days, evenings, and overnight shifts available with the opportunity to build your hours as we grow.

What You'll Do

You'll work one on one with older adults in their own homes, building relationships and helping them stay safe and independent in the place they love most. Day to day you'll help with personal care and daily routines, light housekeeping and meal preparation, companionship and meaningful conversation, transportation to appointments and errands, and documenting care through our easy to use mobile app. We'll match you with clients that fit your skills and your schedule.

Who We're Looking For

CNAs and caregivers with experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing are strongly encouraged to apply. We value your certification and your experience and we pay accordingly. Never worked in home care before? If you're compassionate, reliable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with older adults, we want to talk to you. We provide paid training and will set you up for success from your very first shift. What matters most is that you show up when you say you will, communicate openly with our team, and treat every client with the dignity and respect they deserve. Everything else we can teach.
