This opportunity offers the ability to focus full-time on clinical research while remaining actively involved in patient care, medical decision-making, and the development of innovative therapies.Unlike many research opportunities, this is not a start-up environment or a ground-up build. The incoming physician will inherit active studies, experienced research coordinators, dedicated regulatory support, established sponsor relationships, and a consistent pipeline of Phase I-IV clinical trials.What You'll Be DoingServe as Principal Investigator for industry-sponsored clinical trialsProvide medical oversight for Phase I-IV clinical trialsEvaluate and monitor study participantsEnsure patient safety and protocol complianceCollaborate with sponsors, CROs, and research partnersSupport study enrollment and site growth initiativesWork closely with an experienced research team dedicated to study executionQualificationsMD or DO degreeActive U.S. medical license (or ability to obtain Florida licensure)Clinical research experienceProfessional fluency in Spanish and EnglishStrong patient-facing communication skillsPrevious Principal Investigator experience is preferred but not required.
