Bilingual (Spanish & English) Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and bilingual (Spanish & English) Personal Lines Producer to join a well-established and relaxed team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing small personal line accounts, including farm and agricultural accounts, while also focusing on new business development.

Compensation Package

• Salary : $50,000 - $65,000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage small personal line accounts, including home, auto, renters, umbrella, and recreational vehicles.
• Review insurance policies and prepare certificates of insurance.
• Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Reach out to insurance carriers to facilitate renewals and obtain renewal quotes.
• Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and CRM tools.
• Quote new business (approximately 50% of the role).
• Participate in hands-on training, including AMS360 software modules.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Language Skills : Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington State is required.
• Experience :
  • Open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience.
  • Candidates with 5+ years of experience will be considered for higher compensation.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
• Soft Skills :
  • Easy-going and adaptable personality.
  • Hardworking and self-motivated.
  • Open to learning and professional growth.
