We are currently Hiring Sales Support Representative in the city of Bloomington, Ca.
As a Sales support Representative you will provide excellent care for our customers.
Key Responsibilties:
•Accurately enter order details into the company's database, including customer information, product codes, quantities, and shipping instructions.
•Ensure timely and accurate order entry to achieve on-time delivery for stocked and non-stock items
•Checking order accuracy against customer purchase orders, including price, availability, and promotions.
•Confirming product availability in stock before processing an order.
•Monitoring order progress through the fulfillment process and communicating updates to SSR team.
•Support SSR II as necessary.
•Prepare and forward preliminary paperwork to returns and replacements.
•Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency in the order entry process.
•Additional duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/EXPECTATIONS:
•1+ years related experience and/or training in a non-retail customer service environment
•Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures related to customer service
•High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
•MS Office, including Word and Excel
•Ability to learn internal database and software systems
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
