Primrose School of Royersford is seeking a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented School Support Person to help keep our school running smoothly. This versatile position plays an essential role in supporting our classrooms, welcoming families, and safely transporting children.

Responsibilities

• Provide lunch and break coverage for classroom teachers while maintaining a safe, nurturing learning environment. 
• Greet families, visitors, and vendors with exceptional customer service at the front desk. 
• Answer phones and assist with administrative tasks. 
• Assist with student arrivals, departures, and daily school operations. 
• Safely transport children to and from local elementary schools and field trips using the school's bus. 
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain transportation records. 
• Support teachers and leadership with classroom preparation and special projects as needed. 
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all Primrose Schools policies and state licensing regulations. 
• Help create a positive, welcoming environment for children, families, and staff. 
• Daily Monday - Friday Schedule 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• Previous experience in childcare, education, customer service, or administrative support preferred. 
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 
• Ability to meet all requirements necessary to drive a school bus (training provided if applicable). CDL not required. 
• Strong communication and organizational skills. 
• Friendly, professional, and dependable. 
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing daily needs. 
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and actively engage with young children throughout the day.
