Coordinating care for home health referrals, the full-time Texas Licensed Clinical Account Executive will manage communication between patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers while executing sales strategies to enhance market share. Key responsibilities: Coordinates patient referrals to home health services and ensures patient choices are honored Acts as a liaison between patients, physicians, and the home health agency, facilitating communication and follow-up appointments Provides educational in-services about home health services to medical staff within facilities and offices Required qualifications: Formalized clinical training from an accredited institution Licensed in the state of Texas Experience in home health care Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software Current Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
